Terms of Service

The service

Ordenare is an operations platform for catering businesses. Operators manage their business at ops.ordenare.com; their clients ("Hosts") plan events at host.ordenare.com. The platform is currently offered as a private preview and features may change.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping access to your sign-in email secure. Host access is granted by an Operator and may be revoked by that Operator at any time.

Your data

Operators own the business records they create; Hosts own the personal details they submit. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, and display that data to operate the service, nothing more. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

Acceptable use

• No attempts to access another organization's or another Host's data.
• No unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content.
• No probing, scraping, or disrupting the service's security or availability.

Electronic approvals and signatures

Proposal approvals and contract signatures made in the platform (typing your name and confirming) are intended as legally effective electronic signatures between the Operator and the Host. The underlying agreement is between those parties. Ordenare is not a party to catering contracts made through the platform.

Availability and warranties

We work hard to keep Ordenare fast and available, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. During the preview period we may modify or suspend features with reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ordenare's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
